Nurses On Call, Inc. has been an integral part of the local healthcare community for over 25 years. We have worked with most medical facilities in the Florida Panhandle by offering temporary, part, and full-time staffing to hospitals, doctors, offices, clinics, and other types of healthcare facilities. 

Nurses On Call, Inc. is a locally owned nurse staffing agency in Florida. By offering flexible schedules including part and full time work, we attract and retain top quality nurses who are then matched with facility needs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Nurses On Call, Inc provides the solution for both flexible nursing jobs and facility staffing needs.

Eileen McCarten

Eileen is a native New Englander. She lived in Rhode Island before moving down to Florida in 2017. Prior to moving to Pensacola, she worked at Brown University for 27 years as an Administrative Assistant and also spent 27 years in the R.I. Army National Guard in Personnel. She graduated from Community College of Rhode Island with and Associate of Arts degree and Pensacola State with a Medical Billing and Coding certificate. Running is her favorite activity and spending time with her Husband and two crazy Chihuahua’s.

Carol Cobb, RN, MA

Nurses on Call was co-founded by Carol Cobb in 1994. Carol was a former professor of Nursing with more than 50 years of experience in teaching and practice of nursing. She was past president of the Florida Nurses Association for District 1 and was selected as one of Florida's Great 100 Florida Nurses in the category of Role Model, which required exceptional qualification, accomplishments, and contributions to nursing in the areas of entrepreneurship and education.
